Jedalnicek, prirodne cukry a BMR

Ahojte :) tak sa zasa ozyvam. Tento tyzden som sprisnila dietu. Nemam pocit ze by som to potrebovala, stale si drzim velkost 34.. ale nechcem sa dostat do toho stadia, aby som si musela povedat : ano, musim schudnut. Tak tak preventivne dietujem teraz :) snazim sa jedavat len ovocie a zeleninu pocas dna a potom okolo pol siestej veceriam nejake normalne jedlo, ale samozrejme vacsina taniera je zelenina. Sladke takistko obmedzujem, teda teraz ho nejedavam vobec. Ked jedavate dostatok ovocia, tak sa vam prirodny cukor postupne dostava do krvi a nemate potom taku strasnu chut na sladkosti - ktore mimochodom nase telo (pokial ma dostatok ovocia, tj prirodnych cukrov) nepotrebuje. Co sa tyka napojov, pijem hrozne vela cistej vody a vacsinou dve cisto cierne kavy denne. Viem ze by som kavu mohla trosku obmedzit, ale tak to uz raz je. Najlepsie je, ako uz asi vsetci vedia, jedavat viackrat denne po malych porciach. Napr moj dnesny jedalnicek bol:

Ranajky: Miska musli s mliekom a bananom
Desiata: Jablko a musli tycinka
Obed: dve paradajky s 3 celozrnnymi krekrami, banan
Olovrant: jablko
Vecera: varena fazula s tvrdym syrom a salatom

Kedysi keby som videla niekoho jedalnicek takyto, tak by som si povedala, ze fuj ake tlste prasa. Takisto uz nedrzim svoje pondelnajsie hladovky. Moj organizmus takto pracuje omnoho rychlejsie, som menej unavena a dokonca o styri cisla chudsia ako som bola.. Takze, myslim si, ze toto je cesta, ktorou je dobre sa vybrat. Este jednu vec som chcela spomenut. Ludia co maju svaly, maju aj vyssie BMR. To je hodnota, ktora hovori o kaloriach, ktore telo spali. Svaly si pytaju viac energie, aj ked niesu dennodenne zatazovane. Potrebuju takisto bielkoviny a proteiny, aby mohli rast, alebo si drzat svoju velkost a silu. Pokial clovek nic neje a prehnane vela cvici, zacnu sa mu spalovat svaly namiesto tukov.

Mne sa konecne zacalo darit, kokso, uplne som radaaa ;) uplne cakam inak, ze kedy postnes zase nieco, vzdy to rada citam ;) a dufam, ze aj tebe sa dari tak ako doteraz, ja uz za nejakych 5 tyzdnov odchadzam do NYC a WA DC, tak sa uplne tesim :) ty si to tam este uzivaj a drzim ti palce so vsetkymi tvojimi nestastnymi nahodami :P
